WGII is a non-profit organisation created with the aim of organising courses and related events in Ireland to teach Reality Therapy®, Choice Theory®, Quality Schools Education, Lead Management and Personal Well-being. WGII also runs an annual conference and other workshops to serve as continuous professional development for its members.
