Teaching Faculty

Faculty Membership is the highest level of engagement within William Glasser International and is designed for approved instructors, practicum supervisors, and advanced facilitators who actively teach and represent the work.

As a Teaching Faculty member, you are eligible to deliver WGI-approved training and represent the organization at global and regional events. You receive a professional profile and listing on the WGI website, increasing visibility, credibility, and lead generation opportunities. Faculty members also gain access to exclusive professional development, global interest groups, research, free CPD opportunities, marketing badges, and discounts on events and products.

Beyond the tangible benefits, Faculty Membership places you at the heart of a global community committed to advancing mental and emotional wellbeing. Non-Teaching Faculty

Non-Teaching Faculty Membership is for faculty who actively use Choice Theory®, Reality Therapy®, and Lead Management in their work, but are not currently teaching WGI-approved courses.

This membership level recognizes your experience, contribution, and professional identity while giving you access to expanded opportunities within the global community. As a Non-Teaching Faculty member, you receive a professional listing on the WGI website, increasing visibility, credibility, and networking opportunities. You also gain access to faculty exclusive professional development, global interest groups, resources, research, and faculty-level discounts.

You can participate in global initiatives, contribute to conversations shaping the future of the work, and stay closely connected to the evolving field without the obligations tied to teaching delivery.
